Once you post your move details, verified drivers in your area receive a notification. they review your requirements and submit competitive bids. You can compare these bids based on the driver's rating, vehicle type, and price.

Are the drivers verified?

Yes. Every driver on BidMyMove undergoes a background check and vehicle inspection. We verify their driver's license and goods-in-transit insurance to ensure your items are in safe hands.

What if I need to cancel my move?

You can cancel your move at any time. If you haven't accepted a bid yet, there is no charge. If you've already accepted a bid, please refer to our cancellation policy for details on potential fees.

How do I pay for my move?

Payment is handled securely through the platform. We support all major credit cards and Instant EFT. Your payment is held in escrow and only released to the driver once the job is completed successfully.
